Peake Movement offers assisted stretching and exercise services to athletes and clients who wish to improve movement, whether for sports or everyday lifestyle tasks. All our programs are reviewed by certified or licensed physical therapists, and all our trainers are certified Stretching & Flexibility Coaches through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching offers numerous benefits, including improved range of motion, increased blood flow, and reduced pain and discomfort. By allowing your mobility trainer to facilitate the stretch, you receive deeper and longer-lasting results than with individual efforts.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Personal training at Peake Movement is different in that we offer corrective exercises to ensure that you are moving optimally for your body type. Our focus is on improving movement and functional strengthening through your unique full range of motion, reducing the risk of injury, and giving you that feeling of being more durable, whether for high school sports or playing with grandchildren.
Compression Therapy
Compression therapy improves circulation, reduces swelling, supports recovery, and alleviates symptoms of poor blood flow, promoting overall vascular health and enhancing athletic performance.
